We focus primarily on the development and acquisition of wood-frame multifamily communities, with a strong emphasis on properties in high-growth corridors throughout Kansas and the greater Midwest, while also considering select primary, secondary, and tertiary metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs) across the U.S.

We specialize in developing and acquiring conventional multifamily, single-family build-for-rent, and student housing communities in both suburban and infill locations. Our focus is on surface-parked communities situated in submarkets with strong long-term fundamentals, such as those near tier-I universities for student housing. We target strategically located sites and distinctive product offerings designed to deliver attractive stabilized yields compared to prevailing cap rates.
