Kale Joyce is a Founding Partner at Sandstone Investment Group and is responsible for leading and overseeing the development and execution of the firm’s short term and long term strategies, as well as creating and implementing the firm’s vision and mission.

Kale’s primary roles include the procurement, evaluation, and execution of commercial real estate acquisitions and developments. He brings expertise in detailed financial modeling, transaction valuation, and strategic oversight of investment opportunities.

Prior Experience

Over the course of his career, Kale has been directly involved in the acquisition, disposition, and development of over 4.1 million square feet of commercial assets and 1,681 multifamily units, representing a total closed transaction volume exceeding $755 million.

His passion for innovation and excellence has earned him industry recognition, including being named a Heavy Hitter in Commercial Real Estate by the Kansas City Business Journal in 2021, and being recognized as a Power Broker by CoStar for a standout industrial disposition in Q1 2021. He was also honored as part of Ingram's Magazine's 20 in Their Twenties class of 2021.

Kale holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas and a master’s degree from Georgetown University.
